Observer, Baby-boomer, Old Dog learning new tricks!  I am certainly not unique nor do I have many answers for my fellow travelers in this classroom we share called mortality.  I enjoy a good muse, and I can only hope to give as good as I get.

My interests are few but varied. I enjoy Beekeeping, a good fiction novel, off the cuff cooking as well as a good recipe, Veterans Affairs, Steam Locomotives, Drag Racing and Photography. Oh, and I am kept busy in any spare time by 2 Terriers . . . . a Soft Coated Wheaton and a Kerry Blue. More on all that here. I hope this will be fun for this old guy!
